You own all of it: the source code, designs, documentation and any other IP we create for you. Ownership is written into the service agreement from the start, so there is nothing to buy back and no vendor lock-in. We can also sign an NDA before you share anything sensitive.
Every engineer passes a four-stage selection process before joining a client team. The stages test practical coding, system design, communication and how well the person works with others. We check communication as carefully as code, because your team will talk to ours every day during your shared working hours.
A Coretus team shares at least four working hours with your team every day. We use that overlap for planning, code reviews, stand-ups and quick decisions, so questions don't wait until the next morning. We are based in Rajkot, India, and work with clients worldwide.
You can add specialists, such as extra developers or a DevOps lead, to an existing squad with 14 days' notice. This suits a launch or another important milestone. You can reduce that specialist support again once the release is out, so the team size follows your priorities.
Each managed squad has a flat monthly fee, so you know the cost in advance and never see an hourly bill. The fee depends on the size and skills of the squad. After a first call we suggest the right team and give you a rough quote range. A fixed-scope project gets its own quote instead.
