Responsibility
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Research and target potential clients, markets, and industries in the IT sector. Develop strategies to attract new customers and grow our client base.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Establish and strengthen relationships with key clients in IT. Understand client needs, provide customized solutions, and ensure high client satisfaction.
Develop and execute IT sales strategies
Create and implement sales strategies tailored to the IT industry to meet targets and drive growth. Collaborate with the sales team on effective techniques and promotional activities.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity in IT
Stay updated with IT industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Analyze market data to identify new opportunities and remain competitive.
Manage Upwork, LinkedIn, and Freelance Portals
Utilize platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and freelancing portals to generate leads in IT sales. Build relationships on these platforms to attract potential clients and projects.
Qualifications
IT Sales and Business Development Experience
Proven track record in IT sales and business development, with the ability to generate leads, negotiate, and close deals.
Freelancing Platform Experience (Plus)
Familiarity with Upwork, LinkedIn, and other freelancing portals is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively communicate and present ideas to clients and stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to analyze complex situations, identify opportunities, and develop effective strategies in the IT industry.
Self-motivated and result-oriented
Highly driven to achieve targets and success in IT sales.
Degree in Business Administration or related field
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications in IT sales or business development are a plus.
